Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 has been a huge success for Sony and Insomniac Games. It took the title just 24 hours to set a new sales record for any game in the history of PlayStation Studios.

PlayStation Studios seems to have a new head of its mobile division, Nicola Sebastiani, who previously was the content head of Apple Arcade. The appointment is in line with Sony’s plans to bring more IPs to mobile.

PlayStation Studios keeps growing, with Bluepoint Games having officially joined the family. Sony acquired the team known for remakes and remasters of classic games.
