NoClip has been covering the development of Hades since its early access launch in 2018. Now the 4-hour documentary is available in full.
The final part of the documentary project Developing Hell focuses on the release of Hades 1.0 and the following events, including The Game Awards nominations, getting first reviews, and discussing what’s next for Supergiant Games.
The first five videos provide a glimpse into the development process of Hades and cover its gameplay mechanics, storyline, music, etc. NoClip also digs deeper into Supergiant’s history, its previous projects, and the studio’s creative process.
Hades was released last year, following an early access release, and received widespread acclaim from players and critics with an average score of 93/100. The game has become Supergiant’s most successful and recognized project to date.
