Bethesda announced that Doom Eternal‘s launch sales have been by far the highest of any other game in the Doom series.

The title brought in twice as mush as the launch revenue of Doom (2016). How many copies exactly the title had sold, the publisher didn’t say.

According to SteamDB though, Eternal has peaked at 104,891 concurrent players. For reference, Doom (2016) has never made it past 44,271.
