Meta has announced its decision to end support of the Facebook Gaming app. It was used as a hub for players, and now much of its functionality will be migrated to the main app.

The International Game Developers Association (IGDA) has shared guidelines on creating inclusive games, which it has developed in collaboration with Facebook Gaming. The organization pointed out the main principles of diversity that developers should follow to make their titles more appealing to different audiences.

Facebook Gaming has reopened applications to its special program for Black gaming creators, which was initially established last December. It should give the next generation of Black streamers and content creators a platform to express themselves and help build an audience on Facebook.

Microsoft is shutting down its streaming platform Mixer on July 22. Starting today, the company is beginning to move Mixer partners and streamers to Facebook Gaming.
