Valheim has been leading Steam’s best-selling chart for eight weeks, but Outriders has now managed to take first place.
Steam released its bestsellers chart on April 4, with Valheim dropping to 4th place. A few new releases outstripped the co-op survival that has become a huge hit worldwide.
Outriders became a new leader after it attracted more than 100,000 concurrent players in an hour and a half after its release on April 1. The game has already peaked at 125 concurrent players, despite the technical issues.
It Takes Two climbed to 2nd place. Josef Fares’ co-op platformer debuted at 7th place last week, but the game is now attracting more players after receiving good reviews. The Binding of Isaac: Repentance, the last add-on to the famous roguelike, ranked 3rd, and Evil Genius 2: World Domination debuted at 7th place.
Horizon Zero Dawn also came back to Steam’s best-selling chart, thanks to the latest sale. The same can be said about Cyberpunk 2077, which has been sitting at 10th place for a second week in a row. CD Projekt’s game is now selling with 20% discount, and players are returning to it after the huge 1.2 patch.
