CD Projekt is getting ready to defend itself in court against frustrated shareholders. The company said it intends to take “vigorous action.”

The Cyberpunk 2077 developers  are facing a civil class action lawsuit filed in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. The lawsuit was filed on behalf the company’s investors who are seeking an unspecified quantity in damages.

The law firm representing CDPR shareholders is alleging the company deliberately concealed the state of Cyberpunk 2077, which makes the company responsible for the losses incurred by investors.
