Epic Games Store now supports mods. The platform is only beginning to test this feature, which right now is limited to a single title, Mechwarrior 5: Mercenaries.
“This is an early iteration of the feature, but you can expect to see more titles supported in the future. Keep an eye out!” the company said on Twitter.
At the time of publication, there are 12 mods for the title spanning weapons, HUD, AI, and gameplay in general.
The announcement about mod support came days after the company officially confirmed that EGS will now display achievements in Ark, Kingdom Come, Killing Floor 2, Escapists, Death Stranding, and Satisfactory. This feature is also in beta.
