Eurogamer confirms rumors that Batman Arkham Origins developers Warner Bros. Montreal is working on a new Batman title.
Domain “GothamKnightsGame.com” was registered by a company connected to Warner Bros., indicating a possible name of the project.
Eurogamer expects Warner Bros. to reveal the game the upcoming DC Fandome event in August.
On a related note, other domains registered include “SuicideSquadGame.com” and “SuicideSquadKillTheJusticeLeague.com.” Apparently, a Suicide Squad game is being developed by Rocksteady, the studio behind Batman Arkham Asylum. However, the Suicide Squad game will get less attention in August as it is “further off from launch” at this point.
Both games are coming to next-gen consoles.
