Launched last year, Indie Games Accelerator program is now accepting applications for class 2019.
The program lasts 6 months, which is +2 months up from 2018. It aims to help indie studios from emerging markets make the best Android games they can. The selectees will attend 2 all-expense-paid gaming bootcamps in Singapore. Top experts from Google and the gaming industry will provide mentorship and coaching to the participants. Previously available only in India, Pakistan, and Southeast Asia, the program expands to 37 countries:
Asia: Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Vietnam;
Middle East & Africa: Egypt, Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Nigeria, South Africa, Tunisia and Turkey;
Latin America: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela.
