Despite the small number of new releases, there were still quite a few changes on the Steam charts last week. Here is a quick overview of the top-grossing products on the platform over the past seven days.
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl
Counter-Strike 2 reclaimed its title as the highest-grossing product on Steam, topping the charts for the week of November 12-19. The previous leader, PUBG, dropped to 3rd place, while Farming Simulator 25 rose 8 positions to 2nd place overall (1st when only looking at premium titles).
Giants Software’s new farming sim peaked at over 125k concurrent players at launch, reaching a new all-time high of 135.9k CCU over the weekend. In addition to its impressive performance on the charts, Farming Simulator 25 also saw its user score improve from “Mixed” to “Mostly Positive” (73%).
Black Ops 6 ranked 4th in gross revenue, with Call of Duty HQ moving up 84 positions to #7 overall. This is thanks to the launch of the first season for BO6.
S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl jumped 10 spots to #6 overall (#3 among premium games). The the steady rise in the charts points to strong pre-orders as GSC Game World’s first-person shooter is approaching its November 20 launch. It is worth noting that the game will be available on Game Pass day one, so it will be interesting to see whether it can top the Steam list next week.
Dragon Quest III HD-2D Remake landed at #9 overall, climbing 39 spots from the previous week. The reimagining of Square Enix’s classic JRPG received mostly positive reviews from users, also becoming the company’s top single-player game on Steam by peak CCU.

Top 20 highest-grossing products on Steam, including F2P titles and Steam Deck, for the week of November 12-19
Hearts of Iron IV showed one of the most impressive results of the week. Thanks to a 70% discount and the launch of the Götterdämmerung expansion (#18 on the charts), Paradox Interactive’s strategy game jumped 60 positions to #11 overall (#7 among premium titles). It also broke its CCU record, peaking at over 93k concurrent players.
Sea Power: Naval Combat in the Missile Age, a Cold War-themed tactical naval combat sim, debuted at #15 overall. Developed by indie studio Triassic Games and published by MicroProse, the game launched in Early Access on November 12 and received “Very Positive” (86%) reviews from players.
Looking at other new releases, The Rise of the Golden Idol ranked 34th in gross revenue following its November 12 launch.
Thanks to a 67% discount and the Glitchwalkers update, indie hit Astroneer returned to the Steam charts at #20 overall. The expansion itself ranked 56h.
