Sony has no plans to slow down on its expansion into the PC market. The company is now looking for a senior director who will help optimize and increase the growth strategy for upcoming console ports.

This according to a new job listing spotted by VGC on April 24.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a “single, optimized PC Sales growth and commercial plan to hub and territory teams to implement,” as well as identifying future sectors and partnerships for commercial growth.

On top of that, PlayStation needs a person who will contribute to growing its PC monthly active users, delivering a PC budget, and implementing a global PC store strategy.

Sony has been actively expanding into this area for a while. As part of this strategy, the company has already delivered PlayStation exclusives like God of War, Days Gone, and Horizon Zero Dawn to PC. According to the Epic Games Store, Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection will come out on the platform on June 20, 2022.

Last year, the company also launched the PlayStation PC label and acquired porting studio Nixxes Software, which should help Sony deliver more exclusives to the platform in the future.
