Devolver Digital, known for publishing indie games like Fall Guys and Loop Hero, might be on the verge of public listing. The company’s valuation could reach £1 billion ($1.4 billion).

According to Telegraph, Devolver Digital has appointed bankers from Zeus Capital for a possible deal, which could help it float on the London Stock Exchange. The company is expected to go public by the end of 2021.

The possible valuation is based on the success of Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout. Mediatonic-developed battle royale was released on August 4, 2020, selling 8.2 million copies on PC by the end of the month.

The publisher hasn’t commented on the Telegraph report yet.

Devolver Digital, founded in 2009, started by publishing the Serious Sam remakes and spin-offs. The company’s main focus is indie games. The list includes Hotline Miami, Shadow Warrior, Enter the Gungeon, Ruiner, Gris, and Katana Zero. The publisher’s latest hit Loop Hero sold over 500,000 copies in its first week.
