WN Media Group has recently held a special games industry event in the capital of the United Arab Emirates. Here are the key takeaways from the C-Level Summit.

WN C-Level Summit Abu Dhabi’24, which took place on December 13, brought together 105 people from 20 countries. 91% of them were founders, owners, or top company executives.

Nearly half of all participants were from Europe, followed by the MENA and North America regions.

70 companies in total participated in the event, 54% of which were from the field of game development or publishing. They are followed by service providers (20%), ad firms (16%), and investors (16%).

Among the investment firms that attended the Summit were Games Ventures, Triple Dragon Limited, and GEM Capital. The list of companies also includes Google, Ubisoft, Apple, Snap, Meta, Utmost Games, Yandex Games, The Sandbox, Mundfish, Oracle, and more.

WN C-Level Summit Abu Dhabi’24 was sponsored by payment  Xsolla, VR company CleverPoint, consulting firm Sota, and developer Redhill Games.

The event was organized in partnership with the local Department of Culture and Tourism and the Abu Dhabi Gaming initiative, which aims to turn Abu Dhabi into a global video game hub.

WN Media Group is expected to come back to the UAE in February 2025 with a large-scale B2B conference for game developers and publishers, WN Conference Abu Dhabi’25.
