Following its successful Early Access launch, Path of Exile 2 has become the highest-grossing game on Steam globally.

Grinding Gear Games’ new action RPG was the top-selling product by gross revenue for the week of December 3-10 across both premium and free-to-play titles. It also peaked at nearly 580k concurrent users over the weekend, becoming the 3rd biggest Steam release of 2024 by that metric.

Marvel Rivals, another new release on Steam, debuted at #4, followed by Indiana Jones and the Great Circle (6th overall, 2nd when only looking at premium products). The latter peaked at 12,138 concurrent players shortly after its global launch on December 9 (via SteamDB). It is currently MachineGames’ second-biggest game on Steam by peak CCU, behind only Wolfenstein II: The New Colossus (16.1k CCU).

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl dropped out of the top 10, moving down six positions to #16. Euro Truck Simulator 2 jumped 40 spots to #8 overall (#3 among premium games), thanks to a 75% discount and the new Greese expansion (#23 overall).

Thanks to the new update and the start of Season 2, The First Descendant returned to the top 100 at #15 overall. Konami’s free-to-play card game Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel also returned to the charts at #20.

Delta Force debuted at #22 following the launch of its Open Beta on December 4. It peaked at over 118k concurrent players over the weekend, continuing to retain an audience despite mixed reviews.
