The new leader on the Steam charts was easy to guess this time, but there are still many interesting additions and changes on the list. Let’s take a closer look at the highest-grossing products on the platform over the past seven days.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, unsurprisingly, was the top-grossing product on Steam for the week of October 22-29. The game dethroned Counter-Strike 2, jumping nine positions and outperforming free-to-play hits like Throne and Liberty and PUBG Mobile.

Factorio continued to climb the charts, landing at #4 overall (#2 when only looking at premium titles). It is followed by its Space Age DLC, which sold over 400k copies in just four days and helped the base game peak at over 118k concurrent players.

The top 10 also include games like War Thunder (+27 positions from the previous week), Liar’s Bar, and EA Sports FC 25.

Hogwarts Legacy returned to the charts at #11 overall (#6 among premium titles) thanks to a 70% discount. Forza Horizon 4 moved up 15 positions to #12, while Once Human jumped 11 spots to #14.

Top 20 highest-grossing products on Steam, including F2P titles and Steam Deck, for the week of October 22-29

Looking at new releases on the Steam charts, indie fighting game Rivals of Aether II debuted at #16 (#10 among premium titles). Romance of the Three Kingdoms 8, Koei Tecmo’s historical wargame based on the Three Kingdoms period, landed at #18 overall.

Sonic X Shadow Generations jumped 33 positions to #20. The game turned out to be a success for Sega, selling 1 million units across all platforms at launch.

Windblown, a new action roguelike from Dead Cells developer Motion Twin, ranked 23rd in gross revenue. The game, which launched in Early Access on October 24, received an 89% rating based on more than 2,000 reviews, also peaking at over 10k concurrent players.

Many best-sellers of the recent months continued to decline on the charts. Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO dropped to 15th place, while Warhammer 40k: Space Marine 2 and Black Myth: Wukong landed #30 and #31, respectively.

When it comes to pre-orders for upcoming titles, Monster Hunter Wilds ranked 17th overall (+32 positions from the previous week) and Dragon Age: The Veilguard ranked 24th (+24 spots).
