Developer and publisher Miniclip has reached a new milestone, saying its portfolio of mobile games has generated more than 4 billion downloads to date.

  • Miniclip’s titles surpassed 3 billion downloads in June 2020. The publisher has added another billion in the first quarter of 2022.
  • 8 Ball Pool recently reached over 1 billion and received a Guinness World Records title as the “most downloaded mobile pool game” last August.
  • The company’s growing portfolio consists of more than 60 games, including Agar.io, Football Strike, Golf Battle, and Baseball Clash.

“Reaching four billion downloads is a wonderful way to finish off the first quarter of what is already set to be a fantastic year at Miniclip,” the company’s chief analytics officer Paul Bugryniec said.

Miniclip, founded in 2001, employs more than 900 people in eight countries and has  250+ million MAU across different platforms. Over the last few years, the company acquired several mobile developers, including Playsport, Eight Pixels Square, Green Horse Games, and Supersonic Software.
