Vungle, a mobile performance marketing platform, announced today the acquisition of TreSensa Technologies, a New York-based mobile ad creative technology company.

TreSensa’s end-to-end no-code Mobile Ad Suite technology platform allows app developers to quickly design and build full-screen playable and interactive video ads, and package them on the popular mobile distribution channels.

TreSensa’s playable ad builder tech has been used by clients that include Zynga, GSN, EA, and others.

The deal is Vungle’s third in the past six months, preceeded by the acquisitions of GameRefinery and AlgoLift. This is in line with Vungle’s strategy to become a mobile performance marketing platform that addresses the complete app growth cycle.
