Supercell’s Brawl Stars has brought in $17.5 million and 4.8 million downloads in China, where it only launched on June 9. This is according to the latest report from Sensor Tower.
To put things in perspective: China has accounted for 60.7 percent of Brawl Stars‘ global player spending for that period. Since June 9, players have spent $28.8 million in the game, as per Sensor Tower’s estimates. As for downloads, the game was downloaded 6.7 million times worldwide, meaning that 71 percent of all new installs came from China.
Brawl Stars‘ Chinese debut is even more impressive than that of Clash Royale, which grossed $9.4 million during its launch week from 4.1 million downloads on China’s App Store.
