Unity Technologies Inc. is reportedly working with financial advisers to prepare for an initial public offering. This is coming from Bloomberg, which cites its own sources.
The IPO could take place as early as this fall, although this might still change. Goldman Sachs Group Inc. is expected to lead the offering.
Bloomberg adds that Unity has not finalized these plans.
