Lawyer and CDPR investor Mikołaj Orzechowski is considering a class action against Cyberpunk 2077 creators over potential “misrepresentation in order to obtain financial benefits.”
This is in reference to how CDPR failed to adequately communicate the state of the title particularly on the past-gen consoles.
At the same, New York-based law firm Wolf Haldenstein Adler Freeman & Herz LLP has also launched an investigation on behalf of shareholders of CD Projekt who incurred losses over the game’s troubled launch.
According to another law firm, CDPR could be found guilty of “manipulative and deceptive practices” designed to deliberately mislead shareholders.
