At the beginning of autumn, one of the largest cities in Cyprus will host a new session of the conference for developers and publishers organized by WN Media Group. Among its guests are expected representatives from Loot, Xsolla, Avow, OHM, ByteDance, GEM Capital, and many other companies.

The conference is marking its fifth consecutive year in Cyprus. Following tradition, the WN Conference will take place at the exhibition venue of the five-star Parklane hotel, located right on the Mediterranean coast.

As with the Turkish session of WN, Limassol will emphasize networking. Classic lectures will be replaced by group work and roundtable discussions, allowing participants to delve deeper into topics of interest.

The topics for future discussions and the overall event program are currently in the planning stages. We will share more details about them, as well as the key future participants of the event, in a separate publication closer to autumn.

Incidentally, on the WN Cyprus’26 page, attendees can indicate specific topics they would like to discuss, as well as desired speakers and companies. This feature is called WN Wishlist. The organizers promise to consider the wishlists when forming the program.

The upcoming event will not be limited to just networking. Additionally, the event will feature:

  • Two networking parties — a pre-party on September 16th and a large party at the end of the first day of the event on September 17th;
  • An expo area with sponsor booths;
  • A game exhibition, sponsored by GEM Capital;
  • An indie pitch, where developers can present their games to experts.

By the way, participants of the indie game exhibition can attend the conference for free. Developers need to apply in advance by September 11. Applications for participation in the indie pitch are also accepted until this date.

For developers not participating in the exhibition/pitch and for publishers, ticket prices start at 399 euros. This price does not include access to the large networking party; however, access to the pre-party is included. For service providers, the cost to attend the event starts at 549 euros. Both prices will increase, so be sure to purchase your ticket before they go up.

The WN Hub online platform for the event, where participants can schedule meetings and communicate with other WN Cyprus’26 attendees, will open on September 3.

Among the sponsors of this conference, besides the already mentioned GEM Capital, are Loot, Xsolla, Avow, OHM, and ByteDance.

Recall that WN Media Group regularly holds events in Cyprus. Last year, the WN Conference was held in Limassol on September 11-12, gathering more than 600 guests representing around 350 companies.
