PlayWay has released its financial report for the third quarter ended September 30, 2024. The Polish publisher posted significant growth across key business metrics.
House Flipper – Dine Out
- According to its consolidated quarterly report, PlayWay reached PLN 73.5 million ($17.9 million) in net revenue in Q3 2024, up 24% year-over-year.
- Operating profit grew 57.1% to PLN 47.3 million ($11.5 million), while net profit attributable to the parent company increased 67% to PLN 45.7 million ($11.1 million).
- House Flipper remains PlayWay’s top-grossing IP, accounting for 23.7% of the company’s total revenue from January 1 to September 30, 2024. The game and its DLCs generated PLN 52.7 million ($12.9 million) during the first three quarters, up 35.3% year-over-year.
- It is followed by Car Mechanic Simulator 18, 21, and all DLCs — PLN 35.3 million ($8.6 million), or 15.9% of the total. Other revenue drivers during the period were Contraband Police ($3.3 million, 6.2%), Thief Simulator ($3.18 million, 5.8%), Crime Scene Cleaner ($2.7 million, 5%), and Cooking Simulator ($1.3 million, 2.4%).
- Interestingly, Nintendo Switch accounted for 5.9% of PlayWay’s revenue from January 1 to September 30, 2024 — PLN 13.2 million ($3.2 million).

PlayWay also shared updated sales figures for some of its games (as of December 1, 2024):
- House Flipper 2 (PC) — 533k copies sold;
- Uboat (PC) — 857k copies sold;
- Contraband Police (PC) — 1.043 million copies sold;
- Crime Scene Cleaner — 513k copies sold, 902k wishlists, and $6.3 million in net revenue.
