The next WN Conference is coming to Istanbul, Turkey on June 11-12. Here is an overview of the event’s official program, which includes talks from industry experts, workshops with companies like Google and AWS, and more.

On June 11, the main track starts at 9:00 (UTC+3). It will include various keynotes, lectures, panel discussions, and fireside chats. Below are some of the selected talks:

  • Indie developer and consultant Rami Ismail will share the top 10 mistakes when running a games studio;
  • Unity senior business development manager Aykut Baştürk will share his knowledge about video game monetization and in-app purchases;
  • Two managers from IO Interactive will discuss the process of setting up a AAA studio in Istanbul and challenges of game development in the region.

The second day of the WN Conference Istanbul’24 starts at 10:00 (UTC+3). Here are some of the main events:

  • Snapshot Games producer Alexander Nasonov will provide insights into porting an AA game to consoles;
  • Pannel discussion about the use of AI in game development moderated by Oz Silahtar, general manager for Europe & Mena at Leonardo AI;
  • Gamelight account managers, José Pedroso and Giulia La Franca, will give a talk on optimizing user acquisition with AI.

The first day of the program will also feature workshops from Amplitude, AWS, AdChampagne, and Google. For example, AdChampagne will share case studies and practical tips for working with playable ads, while Google will hold a closed Q&A session dedicated to Google Play.

Futura Digital, in collaboration with Discus Holdings Private Clients, will provide personal consultations during the conference. Attendees will be able to receive information about law, taxes, and immigration.
