Ishtar Games, known for The Last Spell and the Dead In series, has started a new publishing label. The studio is now accepting applications from indie developers.

Ever since being acquired by Nacon in October 2021, Ishtar Games has been working on establishing its own publishing studio. The company is now ready to partner with developers, offering them funding, marketing, distribution, and development support.

“As former craving indie devs ourselves, who struggled for many years in ‘survival mode’, we have great ideas to bring to the table to help fellow developers to successfully fund and launch their games, while keeping strong core values,” Ishtar Games CEO and creative director Matthieu Richez said.

Ishtar Games is interested in games in the RPG, strategy, survival, adventure, roguelite, and management genres. On top of that, the company is looking for projects with deep gameplay, strong art direction, and an unexpected mix of genres.

Founded in 2005, Ishtar Games (formerly known as CCCP) has released several successful indie titles. It is best known for its Dead In series, as well as roguelite tactical RPG The Last Spell.
