This acquisition means that all of Slemma’s tools, including dynamic data reports and dashboards, will be integrated into Xsolla’s platform.
The terms of the deal and other financial details haven’t been disclosed. New Slemma features will be integrated into Xsolla’s Publisher Account throughout 2021.
“We are very excited to become a part of Xsolla’s video game commerce business and support its analytical platform. Together, we will be able to create a truly unique ecosystem, providing games with access to advanced data reporting and visualization tools” Slemma co-founder Aleksey Yudin said.
Slemma provides analytics tools and helps companies, including game developers, create customizable dashboards. It collects data from third-party platforms like Microsoft Azure, Google Analytics, Facebook, Twitter, and Amazon RDS.
Xsolla is a platform that provides a number of cloud-based services for monetization and publishing games. In January, the company also launched Mobile Game Commerce that allows developers to deliver their mobile games outside the official app stores.
