Film production company Snoot Entertainment is working with studio Campo Santo on a film adaptation of 2016 indie hit Firewatch.
Producer Keith Calder told The Hollywood Reporter, he’s happy that the developers of the game are “letting us ruin their perfect video game by turning it into a movie and/or TV show.”
Clearly, the the project is still in a very early stage, with no director or cast announced.
Since its release in February 2016, Firewatch has sold over 2.5 million copies.
