Tokyo Game Show 2020 that was scheduled to run from September 24th to 27th, has been cancelled. The organizers are now planning an online event.
While unsurprising, this is the first time that TGS has been cancelled in 24 years.
As pointed out by The Verge, TGS 2020 would have become the last major trade show before the launch of the next-gen consoles from Sony and Microsoft.
