The sale of Electronic Arts (EA) for $55 billion is nearing completion, but this does not prevent the company from reporting its quarterly results. EA announced its performance for the first quarter of fiscal 2027 (April-June 2026) in a report to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
