🚀 WHO suggest people play active video games while in lockdown

The World Health Organization (WHO) calls on people who are stuck at home during the coronavirus lockdown to play active video games. Those include fitness games for the Switch (like Ring Fit Adventure) and the Wii, games with Kinect support, and other similar titles.

These games, according to the WHO, will help people maintain physical and mental health amid the pandemic. The WHO recommends that all healthy adults should do 30 minutes a day of physical acitivity. In general, COVID-19 made the WHO warm a little bit towards games. The organization, which officially recognized the gaming addiction last year, is now helping Ndemic Creations update Plague Inc.
